This was my first IICRC class. Must admit I was totally lost at first. Eventually, I began to figure it out and was able to pull it together. Michael brought the class to my level by asking me in private how I was doing. I learned lots of new things about cleaning. I really thought the class was awesome!

I've been to the CCT and UFT classes. I have increased my understanding of textile cleaning beyond my wildest imagination. I really was surprised that I was given a burn test kit with samples. I look forward to attending Michael's upsell training. Thanks Bro.
Wow, I was shock when I received my scores to discover I got 98 on my CCT class. I was hooked after that. I came to the UFT class and it was one of my best investments this year. Michael had invited the students to call if they need help. I needed help on a Travertine job. Michael came to the job after work and didn't charge me anything but $50.00 for gas. I recommend anyone needing IICRC training to take one of Michael's classes.
